This policy governs the authorized use of all trademarks, service marks, wordmarks, and logos owned by Marketable Branding, LLC. Use of these assets is restricted solely to referral partners, affiliates, and members of the press. All other parties must obtain express permission from Marketable Branding, LLC prior to use.
The marks protected under this policy include:
Marketable Branding LLC, Marketable Branding Limited Liability Company, "Marketable Branding"
Brand Boost Accelerator™, Brand Boost Accelerator℠, "Brand Boost Accelerator"
Scalable SEO™, Scalable SEO℠, "Scalable SEO"
Clicked to Closed™, Clicked to Closed℠, "Clicked to Closed"
Regrammable™, Regrammable℠, "Regrammable"
All Marks must be accompanied by the appropriate trademark notice (e.g. " ", ™, ℠, or ®)
The notice must appear in the upper right-hand corner of the Mark in superscript (e.g. ™, ℠) format
The copyright symbol ("©") shall not be used as an alternative to " ", ™, ℠, or ®
Dimensions: Logos must retain their original aspect ratio. Resizing is permitted only if visual quality is preserved; pixelation or significant compression is prohibited.
Distortion: Users shall not animate, morph, or otherwise distort the appearance, lighting, or coloring of the marks.
Color Guidelines: Users must adhere to the color palette provided in the official press kit.
Brand Image: All presentations of the assets must remain consistent with the brand image of Marketable Branding, LLC.
The marks shall not be used in connection with:
Scandalous, pornographic, political, or otherwise objectionable materials.
Pyramid schemes or "Get Rich Quick" schemes.
False, deceptive, or misleading advertising.
Any activity violating applicable laws, municipal ordinances, or administrative regulations.
Search Engine Manipulation: Users are strictly prohibited from using the marks to manipulate search engines.
Keyword Bidding: Users are prohibited from bidding on, purchasing, or using the marks (including misspellings or variations thereof) as keywords, ad words, or search terms in any Pay-Per-Click (PPC) or Cost-Per-Click (CPC) auctions (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
The marks may not be included in product names, service names, or domain names of any entity other than Marketable Branding, LLC. The marks must not be used to suggest that third-party editorial content is authored by, endorsed by, or represents the views of Marketable Branding, LLC or its personnel.
Reservation of Rights: The Authorized User acknowledges that Marketable Branding, LLC remains the sole owner of the marks. Nothing in these guidelines conveys any right, title, or interest in the marks to the user beyond the limited license granted herein.
Non-Registration: The user agrees not to attempt to register any of the marks, or any logos/names substantially similar thereto.
Protection of Goodwill: The User shall not utilize the assets in a manner that disparages Marketable Branding, LLC, its products, or its services, or in any way that diminishes or damages the company’s reputation.
Marketable Branding, LLC reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time. The company will make reasonable efforts to notify permitted users regarding substantive changes.
