MARKETING SERVICES
Upon signing, payments are generally non-refundable for marketing services. This policy ensures that we can allocate resources and begin work promptly on your behalf.
Please note: Contracts may contain unique terms and conditions regarding refunds. We encourage clients to carefully review their individual agreements for any specific refund provisions.
SWIPES & SALES SOCIETY
Refunds for Swipes & Sales Society are available under the following conditions:
Three-Month Plan
Our three month plan provides coverage of up to 15 days. If you are unhappy with your membership, you can email us—no questions asked.
One-Year Plan
Customers who have opted for our annual plan are given 30 days of refund security, meaning, within 30 days of purchase, if you are unhappy with our product/membership, you are encouraged to email us to initiate the refund process—no questions asked, though feedback is always appreciated.
Refund requests for all other membership tiers are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (I.E. TEMPLATES, E-BOOKS, GUIDES)
Due to their intangible nature, we do not offer refunds for digital products. As with any purchase, it is advised to carefully review the product details and ensure it meets your needs before completing your order.
PROCESSING FEES
Issued refunds do not include processing fees charged by Stripe or Square. These payment processors are separate entities, therefore, you will need to contact them directly regarding their fees and refund policies. Marketable Branding is not responsible for how Stripe or Square access and deliver refunds.
CHANGES
This refund policy may change at any time. All refunds are at the sole discretion of Marketable Branding.
